Youth Pastors’ Retreat! Youth Pastors' Retreat, is for all youth pastors and spouses as well as all lay youth leaders and spouses who lead a youth ministry. We will be gathering on November 19-21, 2026 at Lake Geneva.
You will find it to be a great time of inspiration, encouragement, dreaming, relaxing and connection. We would love have you join us along with other youth pastor’s from around MN!

YPs and their spouse will be staying in the new Legacy Lodge or Kingsriter Retreat Center. The first 16 couples to sign up will stay in the Legacy Lodge!
WHEN
Thursday, November 19 - Saturday, November 21
-Check-in on Thursday starts at 4:00 pm at the Legacy Lodge lobby.
-Our first scheduled event is the opening banquet at 7:30 pm on Thursday; dismissal is on Saturday at 11:00 am.

GUEST SPEAKER
Terry Parkman
Terry is dedicated to raising up emerging, Spirit-filled leaders who will discover their purpose and courageously step into the plan of God for their lives. He is the founder of Next Generation Leader and serves as the Global Lead for Empowered21 NextGen, where he helps catalyze a global movement of emerging leaders. As the Global NextGen Ambassador for OneHope, Terry connects and empowers NextGen initiatives worldwide. He also serves as Global Ministries Pastor at River Valley Church in Minnesota, where he oversees strategic expansion, global campuses, and missionary sending.
CHILDCARE
Childcare for infants (children 1 year or younger) will be provided during all sessions. Please indicate when you register if you will require childcare.
NEWCOMERS' WELCOME
First-year youth pastors/leaders & those who have moved into the Minnesota District within the last year, are invited to our annual Newcomers’ Welcome. We will meet at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19 at The Lure in Alexandria, MN just a ten minute drive from Lake Geneva. Joining us will be the Executive Youth Committee and their spouses. Don’t miss this opportunity for MSM to buy your lunch and to enjoy a great time of fellowship and introductions!
