Details

We would like to invite your teenager (or soon to be teenager) to join us for the MN District Pastors' Kids Retreat at Lake Geneva. This retreat is a must for all pastors' kids who are in grades 7-12. The PK Retreat will be a great kick-off to the new school year, September 18-20th, 2026. All the full-time District Officers, Directors, and their families have set time aside to be part of this retreat. We are looking forward to ministering to your kids and seeing God move in their lives!

Speaker

Speaking at this year's retreat will be Corey Kalinowski. At the age of 17, Pastor Corey realized his calling to be in the Ministry. After graduating from North Central University, he worked as a Youth Intern before joining the New Life community in Princeton in January 2011. His passion for the Lord and passion for student ministry quickly became apparent as students were drawn to him. His unwavering faith challenged and motivated them to deepen their connection with God.

In 2021, Pastor Corey was voted in as the Co-Pastor as part of a succession plan. In 2024 Pastor Corey became the Lead Pastor of New Life Church in Princeton. His leadership is characterized by excellence and genuine excitement for God’s church. The message is simple, “proclaim the Gospel and make disciples.” Corey and his wife, Katie, are proud parents of 4 amazing children Edith, Evelyn, Paul, and Corey Jr. “CJ”. We are excited to welcome Corey and his family to the 2026 Pastors' Kids' Retreat, and we are looking forward to an amazing weekend together!

Cost

Credentialed AG Pastor Kid: $45

Non AG Pastor Kid: $155

Activities

Activities will include miniature golf, go-carts, basketball, volleyball, pizza party, movies, and an excursion into Alexandria on Saturday evening!

We believe the Lord will use this weekend to impact your teenagers in a very positive way and give them new perspective on growing up in a minister's home, along with making connections from around the state with other pastors’ kids.

We are praying that your kids will be impacted in a powerful way and we encourage you to make special effort in getting your teens there.

Praying for our Kids,

Mark Dean, MN District Superintendent
